The Wolves, Kings, and Thunder all won their games to remain undefeated with perfect 4-0 records. In a standout performance, Bulls guard Jahmir Young had an amazing game, scoring 40 points and making a name for himself.
🏆 Undefeated Teams Push for Playoffs
With the final qualifying games approaching, several teams are trying to secure a spot in Saturday’s semifinals. The Wolves, Kings, and Thunder all stayed perfect on Wednesday. The Wolves came back from 16 points behind to beat the Suns 89-85, with Rob Dillingham contributing 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists. The Kings defeated the Cavaliers 94-86, as Nique Clifford nearly recorded a triple-double with 19 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists. The Thunder showed strong teamwork and defense to beat the Pelicans 95-81, with 11 different players scoring.
💥 Jahmir Young’s Big Night
Jahmir Young delivered the most impressive individual performance of the day. The undrafted guard, who played for the G League last season, scored 40 points to lead the Bulls to a 102-96 victory over the Bucks. Young was very efficient, making 13 of his 18 shots, including 7 of 8 from three-point range. After scoring a total of 23 points in his previous three games, this incredible game showed everyone the talent he brings to the court.
✨ Rookies and Sophomores Shine
Besides the top teams, many young players also had great games. For the 76ers, rookie Johni Broome had a strong double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds in a 90-82 win against the Mavericks. The Nets’ first-round picks, Egor Dëmin and Danny Wolf, led their team to its first victory, defeating the Magic 94-80. Meanwhile, the Jazz’s second-year players, Cody Williams and Isaiah Collier, combined for 40 points to help their team beat the Wizards 86-76.
