The NBA is set for a major European showcase, starting with the Grizzlies and Magic. The first game will be held in Berlin on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Uber Arena. Just a few days later, on Sunday, January 18, 2026, the two teams will play again at The O2 in London. This marks the league’s first-ever regular-season game in Germany and its tenth in London. Future host cities include Manchester and Paris in 2027, and Berlin and Paris again in 2028, with the participating teams to be announced later.

Fans in Europe will get to see some of the NBA’s brightest talents. The Grizzlies roster features two-time All-Star Ja Morant and 2022-23 Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson Jr. They are joined by experienced players like Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and promising rookies. The Magic will showcase 2024 All-Star Paolo Banchero, along with German brothers Franz and Moritz Wagner, who will be playing in their home country. The team also includes defensive standout Jalen Suggs, making for an exciting on-court battle.

❤️ More Than Just a Game

Beyond the on-court action, the NBA is dedicated to making a positive impact in the host communities. In both Berlin and London, the league, along with the Grizzlies and Magic, will organize various outreach programs. These initiatives will include youth basketball clinics for boys and girls, development programs for local coaches and referees, and other interactive activities designed to bring the complete NBA experience to fans of all ages. This ensures the event leaves a lasting and positive legacy.
