Veteran Guard Danilo Andjusic Joins Aris BC

Aris BC has officially signed veteran Serbian guard Danilo Andjusic, adding a seasoned and skilled player to their roster. The 34-year-old, who recently played for Dubai BC, has signed a contract that will keep him with the Greek club until the end of the 2025-26 season. This move marks his return to the BKT EuroCup competition.

🤝 A Welcome Addition to the Squad

Andjusic is expected to arrive in Greece soon and could make his first appearance for Aris in the upcoming game against Promitheas. His signing gives coach Igor Milicic another experienced player to rely on, which will be valuable for the team’s goals this season. This is also a reunion for the pair, as Andjusic previously played under Coach Milicic at Anwil Wloclawek during the 2015-16 season.

🏀 A Career Across Europe

Standing at 1.95m, Andjusic brings a great deal of experience from playing in some of Europe’s top leagues. His career includes several stints with Serbian powerhouse Partizan, as well as time with clubs in Spain (Valladolid, Bilbao), Italy (Virtus Bologna), Russia (Parma Basket, Unics Kazan), and France (Bourg, Monaco). He has competed in the EuroLeague multiple times, showing he can perform at the highest level.

📈 Proven Scoring and Leadership

One of his most impressive seasons was with the French team Bourg in 2020-21, where he was the league’s top scorer, averaging 20 points per game. Most recently with Dubai BC in the Adriatic League, he maintained solid numbers, averaging 11 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.8 assists. Aris will be looking for him to bring this consistent scoring and veteran leadership to the court as they compete in both domestic and European competitions.
