With the Basketball Champions League (BCL) qualification tournaments just around the corner, 24 teams are making final adjustments to their rosters. The goal is to secure one of the coveted spots in the Regular Season, and many clubs have been busy signing new players to give them an edge. These new additions bring fresh energy and skill, setting the stage for an exciting series of games.

These recent signings highlight a clear strategy among teams: strengthening their lineups with experienced and promising talent. By bringing in players with diverse backgrounds, including from the US college system and other professional leagues, teams hope to build a winning formula. 🏀 Pelister Bitola Adds American Firepower

Pelister Bitola has significantly boosted its roster by signing two American players, Kevin Bracy-Davis and Jordan Skipper-Brown. These additions join other recent signings as the team prepares for the qualifiers. Their goal is to advance and earn a spot in Group C of the Regular Season, where tough opponents like Joventut Badalona, Hapoel Netanel Holon, and Cholet are waiting.

✍️ Key Signings for Bursaspor and AEK Larnaca

In the same qualifying group, Bursaspor Yorsan announced the signing of American big man Galin Smith on a one-year deal. This will be Smith’s first experience in the BCL. Meanwhile, Petrolina AEK Larnaca has strengthened its frontcourt by adding Giorgi Bezhanishvili. The team is competing in a separate qualification tournament, hoping to secure a place in Group F alongside teams like AEK, VEF Riga, and NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz.

🔄 Other Teams Finalize Their Rosters

Other teams are also making important moves. Patrioti Levice has signed former NCAA guard Gabe Dorsey to strengthen its backcourt. In the same group, Kalev/Cramo has re-signed its team captain, Martin Dorbek, and added young guard Tyson Acuff to complete its roster for the upcoming season. These moves show that every team is serious about its chances to advance. The qualification tournaments will take place from September 19 to 25, with the Regular Season set to begin on October 7.
