The sixth week of the Basketball Champions League was filled with excitement, highlighting several standout players whose amazing efforts earned them a place in the Team of the Week. These five athletes—Rickey McGill, Frank Bartley IV, Timmy Allen, Jordan Tucker, and Olek Balcerowski—each delivered a memorable performance that led their teams to victory. From stunning comebacks to incredible scoring showcases, their contributions made them the top players of the week.

🌟 Guards Lead the Charge

Rickey McGill and Frank Bartley IV were brilliant for their teams. McGill was the driving force for Patrioti Levice, scoring over 20 points to secure an important win and improve his team’s record to 2-2. Meanwhile, Bartley was simply on fire for AEK, setting a new personal season-high in scoring for the fourth consecutive game. His offensive explosion helped AEK dominate their opponent in the second half.

🔥 Forwards with Clutch Moments

The forward positions were filled by players who stepped up when it mattered most. Timmy Allen had an unbelievable fourth quarter for Trapani Shark, scoring 20 of his points in the final period to power his team to a hard-fought victory. In an even more dramatic fashion, Jordan Tucker made his debut for Elan Chalon and inspired an incredible comeback from a 21-point deficit, capping off the win with a clutch game-winning three-pointer.

🏆 Champion’s Performance in the Paint

Representing the defending champions Unicaja, Olek Balcerowski controlled the center position. He played his best game of the season, showing his skills on both ends of the floor. His strong presence in the paint was a key factor in Unicaja’s comfortable win over Mersin Sports Club, proving why he is a vital part of the title-holding team. These five players are now in the running for the Player of the Week award.
