Adam Somogyi delivered an outstanding performance to lead his team, NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz, to a thrilling victory over VEF Riga. The 25-year-old guard was instrumental in the close game, finishing with an impressive double-double of 17 points and 12 assists. He also contributed significantly on defense with 5 rebounds and 4 steals, showcasing his excellent all-around skills.

His brilliant efforts did not go unnoticed, as he was officially named the Player of the Week for Week 4 of the Basketball Champions League. This recognition, decided by a fan vote, highlights his popularity and the impact he had on the court. In addition to this award, Somogyi was also selected for the league’s Team of the Week.
